Phishing Training

Phishing attacks are one of the most financially damaging threats facing businesses today. These attacks exploit human error—often targeting employees with fraudulent emails, phone calls, or links that appear legitimate. The goal of this training is to help your employees recognize and respond appropriately to phishing attempts, reducing the risk of a successful attack. The training will also include certification along with company email policies and digital device policies.

4 Step Process

Phishing Simulation

We will simulate a phishing attack by sending a targeted email to your employees the day before our presentation. This exercise will help us assess how many employees interact with the phishing emails, clicking on links or follow instructions.

Policy Creation

We collaborate with your team to create tailored company policies, which we then incorporate into your presentation. These may include email policies, device usage guidelines, and general awareness and prevention. By working closely with your team, we ensure that the most relevant and effective policies are presented in a straight forward, common sense manor.

Presentation

We will meet with your team virtually or in person. The initial part of our presentation will cover email security best practices and company-specific online policies. The second part will focus on the various types of phishing tactics – email, phone, text, and fraudulent websites. We will teach employees how to recognize red flags and provide actionable tips to improve their response to phishing threats.

Test Phishing Simulation

Two months after the training session we will send another phishing email to test employees’ understanding and implementation of company policy. If any employees do click on the link, they will be sent to the online micro learning page.
